Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the rules and procedures for financial transactions on HomepageLink.pro. It covers platform commissions, withdrawal requirements, payout methods, and user responsibilities. By using HomepageLink.pro, you agree to the terms of this Payment Policy, which is an integral part of our Terms of Use.

1. Platform Commission (15% Fee)

HomepageLink.pro charges a platform commission of 15% on all earnings withdrawn by webmasters (sellers). This commission is deducted from the withdrawal amount at the time of payout. There are no platform fees on deposits or on purchases made by buyers; the 15% fee applies only when sellers withdraw their accumulated earnings. Apart from this commission, the platform does not impose any additional hidden fees.

Note: Any processing fees charged by the payment provider (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer) are separate from the platform's commission and may be deducted by the provider during the transaction.

2. Withdrawal Eligibility and Process

Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum withdrawal threshold is $100. Users must accumulate at least $100 in their account balance before requesting a payout. Funds can remain in your account until you reach this minimum amount – requests for amounts below $100 will not be processed.

Requesting a Withdrawal: Once your balance meets or exceeds the minimum threshold, you may initiate a withdrawal request through your HomepageLink.pro dashboard. Select your preferred payment method (from the supported options listed below) and provide the necessary payout details. Each withdrawal request is submitted to our team for approval and processing.

3. Payout Structure & Escrow Reserve

We use monthly installments to protect buyers and give webmasters predictable cash flow.

When credits happen

  • Credits occur on the monthly anniversary of the order’s approval date for each Approved and active order (covering the previous month’s uptime). For example, if an order was approved on 19 Aug, the next credits will post on 19 Sep, 19 Oct, and so on.
  • On the Order Management page you see:
    • Total earnings per order and in aggregate, and
    • Next Scheduled Credit — the amount expected to hit your Account Balance on the next monthly anniversary across all active placements.

Payout formula

Monthly payout to the webmaster = the order price divided by the term in months, then multiplied by 85% (after the 15% platform commission)

Escrow

  • The remaining order value stays in escrow and decreases each month as installments are credited.
  • The escrow balance always equals the value of the unserved placement period.
  • If a link is removed early and not restored within 48 hours, future installments stop and the unused portion is automatically refunded to the buyer from escrow.

Example

  • Order: $100 for 12 months
    Monthly gross = $100 ÷ 12 = $8.33
    Net to webmaster = $8.33 × 0.85 (15% platform commission) = $7.08 (credited each 1st day for 12 months, after approval).
    Note: Due to rounding, the final installment may adjust by a few cents.

4. Supported Payment Methods

We support several secure payment methods for withdrawing earnings. Currently, the available payout options include:

  • PayPal: Transfer funds to your PayPal account (via the PayPal email address you provide).
  • Payoneer: Withdraw through Payoneer (requires a Payoneer account; funds are sent to the email or account you specify).
  • Stripe: Receive a payout via Stripe (this can facilitate direct bank deposits or card transfers, depending on your region and the details you provide).

These are the methods presently offered, and we may add or remove supported payment options over time. All payouts are electronic; we do not issue paper checks or cash payments. Please choose the method that best suits you. Keep in mind that each provider may have its own processing fees or currency conversion rates, which are beyond our control.

5. Processing Time for Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed manually by our finance team. We strive to review and approve payout requests as quickly as possible. Typically, withdrawals are processed within approximately 4 business days from the date of your request. Once approved, the funds are released via your chosen payment method.

However, please note that the actual time it takes for the money to reach you can vary. Delays may occur due to weekends, bank holidays, or the processing times of the third-party payment provider. HomepageLink.pro is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks after we have initiated the payment. If there are any unexpected issues or holdups on our end, we will notify you promptly.

6. User Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payout information provided to HomepageLink.pro is accurate and up to date. This includes (but is not limited to) the correct email address for PayPal, the correct account details for Payoneer, or any banking details required for Stripe payouts. If you provide incorrect payment details, HomepageLink.pro cannot guarantee the successful delivery of funds and will not be liable for payments sent to an erroneous or wrong account. In case a payment fails or is sent to the wrong destination due to incorrect details, any recovery of funds will depend on the third-party provider's policies, and any fees or losses incurred will be the user's responsibility. Always double-check your payout information before submitting a withdrawal request.

Users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their HomepageLink.pro account. Please safeguard your login credentials and financial information. If you suspect any unauthorized activity related to your account or withdrawals, notify us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

Additionally, it is the user's responsibility to comply with all applicable laws regarding the income earned through HomepageLink.pro. We do not withhold taxes from your payouts. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or governmental fees applicable to the funds you earn on our platform, in accordance with the laws of your country or region.

7. Third-Party Payment Providers

All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, Payoneer, and PayPal). By requesting a withdrawal, you authorize HomepageLink.pro to transfer your earnings via the selected third-party service on your behalf. While we will initiate the payment promptly after approval, the completion of the transaction is subject to the terms and processing schedules of the respective payment provider.

Keep in mind:

  • Payment Provider Fees: Your chosen payment provider may deduct its own transaction fees or charges (for example, PayPal fees or Payoneer transfer fees) from the payout. These fees are determined by the provider and are outside of HomepageLink.pro's control. Such fees will affect the net amount you receive. We recommend reviewing the fee policies of the payment method you choose.
  • Currency: HomepageLink.pro operates primarily in United States Dollars (USD) for all transactions. If your payout is sent to a different currency (for instance, if your PayPal account or bank account is in a local currency), the conversion will be handled by the payment processor at its applicable exchange rate. Any currency conversion costs are the user's responsibility.
  • Security: HomepageLink.pro does not collect or store your sensitive financial account credentials (such as bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or PayPal passwords). All payment details you provide during withdrawal are handled securely by the third-party payment services in accordance with their security standards. We receive only the information necessary to execute the transaction (such as confirmation that a payment was sent). Your financial data is protected by these providers during the transfer process.

8. Company Registration and Legal Compliance

HomepageLink.pro is operated by a company registered in Cyprus. All transactions and operations on the platform are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered (Cyprus). By using our services and participating in financial transactions on HomepageLink.pro, you acknowledge and agree to this governing law and jurisdiction.
