You may also need to provide billing details (e.g. name, business name, or tax ID) for invoicing purposes.
  • Website and Profile Information: If you are a webmaster selling links, you will provide information about your websites (such as domain name, site category, metrics, and the duration you will place links). This information is used to create your selling profile on the Platform.
  • Automatically Collected Data: Like most websites, we collect certain data automatically when you interact with the Platform. This includes your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source (the site or link that led you to our Platform). We also use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and track usage of our site (see Cookies and Tracking Technologies below).
  • Communication Data: If you contact us or participate in surveys, support chats, or forums, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, and the content of your messages).

We do not intentionally collect any sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, health information, etc.) from users, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (see Children's Privacy below).

  • Communication: To contact you about your account or transactions (e.g. order confirmations, invoices, payout notices), to provide customer support, and to notify you of important changes or issues (such as updates to our policies or security alerts). We may also send you informational or marketing emails if you have consented to receive them. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
  • Site Analytics and Improvements: To analyze usage of our Platform, improve the user experience, and develop new features. We use analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to gather data on how users interact with our site (e.g. which pages are visited, how often, and from where). This helps us understand performance and optimize our services. We may also use Google Search Console data to monitor our website's visibility and troubleshoot issues, which involves viewing aggregated search and traffic data.

If you are a webmaster receiving payouts, we share the necessary personal and payment details (like your name, email, or account ID) with PayPal or Payoneer in order to send your earnings.   • Analytics and Performance: We use Google Analytics (as described above) to understand site traffic. We may also use Google Search Console to access data about search performance of our site. These Google services may collect information such as your IP address or cookies when you use our Platform. Google is a third-party that may process data in the United States; however, Google Analytics is configured to anonymize IP addresses in the EU, and Google adheres to the EU-U.S. data transfer frameworks. Collaborator, a similar platform, retains user data for up to 12 months after account deactivation to allow easy reactivation or handle disputes. We will not keep your data longer than necessary.
  • Transaction and Payment Records: We retain records of transactions (purchases and payouts) as long as needed for financial reporting and compliance (e.g., accounting standards may require keeping invoices and payment records for a number of years).
  • Communications: Any communications you have with us (support emails, etc.) may be kept until we no longer need the information and then deleted or anonymized.
  • Analytics Data: Data collected via Google Analytics and similar tools may be stored by those providers. We typically review aggregated analytics, and personal identifiers in analytics are either short-lived or anonymized by Google. You can also clear cookies to remove past analytics data associated with your browser.

Once the retention period expires or the data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because the data is stored in backups), we will isolate the data and ensure it is not actively processed until it can be removed.

International Data Transfers

HomePageLink.pro operates online and may serve users around the world. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a resident of California, you are protected by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (as amended by the CPRA). This law provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information, as described below. This section applies only to California residents.

Disclosure of Personal Information: We may disclose the categories of personal information listed above to third-party service providers for business purposes (such as to our payment processors, analytics providers, or cloud hosting providers) as described in Data Sharing and Disclosure. In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for business purposes: identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, and internet activity information. We do not sell personal information for monetary value, and we have not sold or shared (for cross-context behavioral advertising) personal information about our users in the past 12 months.

As a California resident, you have the following rights under CCPA:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose to you the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. You also have the right to request information about the categories of personal information we have collected, the categories of sources of that information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: CCPA gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information or the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. However, as stated above, we do not sell your personal information to third parties. In the event we ever consider selling personal data, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism on our site ("Do Not Sell My Personal Information") and honor your choices.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means, for instance, we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different quality of service just because you exercised your privacy rights under CCPA. Children's Privacy

Our Platform and services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years old. If you are under 16, please do not register or use our services without verifiable parental consent.

In addition, in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. Our website and services are all directed to individuals who are at least 16 years old (and in certain jurisdictions, we may require users to be 18 or older to enter into contracts).
