1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to HomepageLink.pro (the "Platform"). By accessing or using HomepageLink.pro in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the Platform's operator, a company registered under the laws of Cyprus (referred to as "HomepageLink.pro", "we", "us", or "the Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Using the Platform implies your acceptance of these Terms.

Legal Capacity: By using HomepageLink.pro, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

HomepageLink.pro is an online link marketplace that connects buyers and webmasters for the purpose of purchasing and selling homepage links. The Platform provides functionality for registered users to participate in link placement transactions:

Buyers can browse and purchase homepage link placements on websites listed by webmasters.
Webmasters can list their own websites (domains) on the Platform and offer homepage link placements for sale to buyers. Webmasters monetize their sites by selling these link slots.

All core features of the Platform – including browsing listings, placing orders for links, listing domains for sale, communication between parties, and managing transactions – are available only to registered users. Anonymous participation is not allowed; you must create an account and log in to buy links or list websites. Visitors may view certain public information on the site, but placing orders or listing domains requires an active user account.

HomepageLink.pro acts as an intermediary venue that facilitates transactions between Buyers and Webmasters. The Platform does not itself own or control the websites being sold for link placement, nor does it directly create or post any content on those third-party websites. We provide the marketplace and tools for Users to connect, but the execution and maintenance of link placements are the responsibility of the Users involved in the transaction.

3. User Registration and Accounts

Account Creation: To fully use the services of HomepageLink.pro, you must register and maintain an account. During registration, you agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information about yourself. Each User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

One Account Rule: You may only create one account for your personal use (or one account per organization you represent). You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate any other person or entity. All accounts are non-transferable.

Account Roles: The same account may be used to act as a Buyer, a Webmaster, or both. There is no separate registration needed for each role – once registered, you can both purchase links and list websites under one account (subject to compliance with these Terms).

Profile and Verification: We reserve the right to verify the information you provide during registration or later. This may include identity verification and, for Webmasters, verification of domain ownership. Webmasters must only list domains that they own or have authority over, and we may require proof of ownership (for example, uploading a verification file or using other methods). Listing a website that you do not own or control is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Eligibility: Use of the Platform is void where prohibited. By registering an account, you confirm that you are not barred from using such services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction, and that you are not located in any country or region against which the Platform is legally prohibited from offering services.

4. Platform Usage and User Roles

4.1 Buyers (Link Buyers): Buyers on HomepageLink.pro are users seeking to purchase homepage link placements on third-party websites. As a Buyer, you agree to:

Conduct due diligence on the listings before purchasing. The Platform provides information about each listed website (such as domain details, metrics, pricing, etc.), but you are responsible for evaluating whether a link on that site suits your needs.
Pay for link orders through the Platform's provided payment systems. All purchases must be made via the authorized methods on HomepageLink.pro, and you agree not to attempt to circumvent the payment process or engage in any off-Platform transactions for link placements.
Provide any necessary details or content for the link placement in a timely and accurate manner. For example, if you need to supply anchor text or a URL for the link, you will do so as per the order requirements.
Refrain from using purchased links for illegal purposes, and ensure that any content you ask the Webmaster to post (if applicable) does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4.2 Webmasters (Link Sellers): Webmasters on HomepageLink.pro are users who list their websites (domains) and sell homepage link placements to Buyers. As a Webmaster, you agree to:

Only list domains/websites that you own or have the legal right to control. By listing a website, you represent and warrant that you are the owner or have authority to sell link placements on that site. You may be required to verify ownership of the domain. Listing a site without authorization is a serious violation of these Terms.
Provide truthful and up-to-date information about your listed websites. This includes the site's URL, niche or category, traffic or ranking metrics (if requested), pricing for a homepage link, and any specific terms (such as duration of the link if not permanent). Misrepresenting a site's statistics or quality is prohibited.
Honor any accepted orders. When a Buyer purchases a link on your website, you must fulfill the order by placing the agreed-upon link on your website's homepage in the agreed location and format, and for the agreed duration. Removing the link prematurely or altering the content in a way that undermines the Buyer's purchase (such as adding a "nofollow" tag if the agreement was for a "dofollow" link, or taking down the site) is considered a breach of these Terms.
Maintain the link placement for the promised period. If a "permanent" link is sold, it should remain on the homepage indefinitely, or if a time-limited rental is sold, it should remain for the full duration paid by the Buyer. If unforeseen circumstances require removal or change, you should communicate with the Buyer and the Platform; however, HomepageLink.pro is not liable for any such removal or modification by you (the Webmaster).
Comply with any quality guidelines provided by HomepageLink.pro. We may have certain minimum standards for websites listed (for example, avoiding sites filled with spam content, or sites that are primarily created for selling links). We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that, in our judgment, are of poor quality, violate any laws or third-party rights, or otherwise may harm the Platform's integrity or other users' interests.

4.3 Marketplace Transactions: When a Buyer and a Webmaster agree on a link placement (through the Platform's ordering system), a binding agreement is formed between those two parties under the terms set out in the listing and any additional deal terms provided by the Platform. HomepageLink.pro is not a party to that final contract between Buyer and Webmaster; we only facilitate the transaction. However, all Users are bound by these overarching Platform Terms in conducting any deal. Communication between Buyers and Webmasters should be kept on the Platform or via authorized channels provided by HomepageLink.pro, and Users must not solicit or share direct contact details to circumvent the Platform.

5. Fees and Commission

Using certain features of the Platform may be free, but HomepageLink.pro earns revenue by charging a commission on transactions. The following fees and commissions apply:

Webmaster Commission: For each completed order (link placement) sold by a Webmaster, HomepageLink.pro will deduct a commission fee of 15% from the earnings of the Webmaster. This means the Webmaster will receive 85% of the sale price, and 15% is retained by the Platform as a service fee. The commission is calculated on the order's gross amount (the price the Buyer pays for the link). For example, if a link sale price is $100, the Platform's commission is $15, and the Webmaster's net earning is $85. The commission is deducted automatically during the payout process.
Buyer Fees: Currently, Buyers are not charged a direct commission on purchases; however, the listed price of each link is set by the Webmaster (seller) and includes the Platform's commission portion. Buyers pay the price they see for the listing. (In the above example, the Buyer pays $100 total for the link as listed).
Payment Processing and Currency: All payments for link orders should be made through the Platform's supported payment methods. The Platform may use third-party payment processors. Depending on your location and chosen payment method, currency conversion or processing fees might apply, which are outside the Platform's control. Users are responsible for any such fees or taxes associated with transactions. We do not allow off-Platform payments or transactions; attempting to pay or receive funds outside HomepageLink.pro for deals originated on the Platform is a violation of these Terms.
Payouts to Webmasters: Webmasters can withdraw their earnings (after the 15% commission deduction) via the payout methods supported by HomepageLink.pro, subject to any minimum withdrawal thresholds or schedules we establish. The Platform will endeavor to make Webmaster earnings available for withdrawal in a timely manner after an order is marked as completed, but we may hold funds for a certain period (e.g., to ensure the link remains live for an initial guarantee period or to handle disputes) before releasing payment. Details of payout timing and methods will be provided in your account dashboard or payment policy.
Refunds and Cancellations: If an order is canceled or not fulfilled, any applicable refund to the Buyer will be handled in accordance with our policies. In some cases, if a refund is issued to a Buyer, the Platform's commission may not be refundable (for example, if the cancellation occurs after the link was live for some time). The specific refund terms for Buyers and the effect on Webmasters' earnings are described in our separate refund policy (if available) or will be communicated case by case. Generally, if a Webmaster fails to deliver or maintain a link as promised, the Buyer may be eligible for a refund, and the Webmaster will not receive payment for that order.

We reserve the right to introduce new fees or adjust the commission rate in the future. Any changes to fees or commission will be communicated via an update to these Terms or via the Platform interface. However, orders that have already been placed and paid before the change will not be affected by new rates (i.e., the terms at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction).

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

All Users of HomepageLink.pro must adhere to the following obligations and rules of conduct. These rules are designed to maintain a fair, lawful, and high-quality marketplace environment:

Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform. You may not use HomepageLink.pro for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities. This includes all local, national, and international laws that might apply to the buying or selling of link placements or online advertising.
No Spam or Unsolicited Communications: You are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited or spam messages to other users of the Platform. This includes mass invitations, advertising messages, or any form of harassment. Buyers should not spam Webmasters with repeated inquiries outside of legitimate orders, and Webmasters should not spam Buyers or promote their listings outside the proper Platform channels. All communication on the Platform should be respectful and relevant to the transaction.
No Listing of Unauthorized Websites: Webmasters may only list websites that they own or have authorization to control. Listing a website or domain that belongs to someone else, or over which you have no ownership rights, is prohibited. You must be able to demonstrate control or ownership of a domain if requested. If it is discovered that a listed site is not under the Webmaster's ownership or control, the listing will be removed and the account may be suspended.
Intellectual Property and Content: Users must respect intellectual property rights. Do not list websites that primarily contain stolen or scraped content, trademark infringements, or any content that you do not have the right to use. When providing content (e.g., a Buyer providing anchor text or a target URL, or a Webmaster providing a site description), you must ensure you have the rights to use that content. Do not use the Platform to distribute or promote any content that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable or that violates any third-party rights.
Prohibited Categories: You may not use HomepageLink.pro in connection with websites or content that involve spam, scams, malware distribution, phishing, or other harmful activities. Similarly, any site or content that involves hate speech, violence, illegal drugs, illegal activities, or other disallowed topics (as determined by us) cannot be listed or promoted via our Platform. We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate or harmful.
No Manipulation or Fraud: You shall not engage in any fraudulent behavior or misuse of the Platform. This includes (but is not limited to) fake listings, fake orders, false reviews/ratings, or any attempt to manipulate the payment system or the Platform's processes. You must not attempt to artificially inflate traffic or the SEO metrics of listed sites in a deceptive manner solely to attract Buyers, and Buyers must not manipulate Webmasters into actions outside the agreed terms.
No Circumvention of Platform: All transactions for links that originate on HomepageLink.pro must be completed through HomepageLink.pro. Users (both Buyers and Webmasters) are prohibited from attempting to circumvent the Platform by entering into direct deals outside of HomepageLink.pro for the purchase or sale of links that were discovered through the Platform. This means you should not share personal contact information (such as email, Skype, phone number) for the purpose of moving a transaction off-platform to avoid fees or commissions. If a User is found to be circumventing, their account may be terminated and any earned funds may be forfeited as damages for breach of this rule.
No Automated Data Collection or Abuse: You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to access or collect data from HomepageLink.pro without our express permission. Also, launching any denial of service attacks, introducing malware, or attempting to probe or breach the Platform's security is strictly forbidden. Such actions not only breach these Terms but may also violate criminal laws.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for everything done under your account. Do not share your password with others or allow others to use your account. If you are aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must inform us immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account (however, we may assist in securing your account once notified).
Platform Integrity: You must not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the proper functioning of the Platform. This includes attempting to sabotage other users' listings, flooding the site with excessive data or requests, or any other action that could impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Failure to adhere to the above obligations and prohibitions may result in remedial action, up to and including account suspension or termination (see Section 9), removal of listings or content, forfeiture of earnings, and potential legal action if warranted. We reserve the right to investigate any alleged violation of these Terms and to take any action we deem appropriate.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

7.1 "As-Is" Service: HomepageLink.pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind (express or implied) about the reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform or the success of any link placements bought or sold through the Platform. Use of the Platform and any services or links obtained through it is at your own risk. We expressly disclaim any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access to our services, and operation of the Platform may be affected by numerous factors outside of our control.

7.2 User-Provided Content and Links: Any content, information, or websites that Users (Buyers or Webmasters) provide, list, or link to via the Platform are solely the responsibility of those Users. HomepageLink.pro does not have a duty to pre-screen or control the content that users make available through the site. We are not liable for the accuracy, quality, legality, or appropriateness of any content or websites provided by Users. This includes the content of websites where links are placed, the descriptions provided in listings, and any communications between Users. If you are a Buyer, you acknowledge that the quality and longevity of a link placement is dependent on the Webmaster and the website; if you are a Webmaster, you acknowledge that the content or target of a Buyer's link is provided by the Buyer. We do not guarantee that any content provided by Users will be error-free, lawful, or uninterrupted.

7.3 Transactions and Outcomes: HomepageLink.pro is a facilitator of agreements between Buyers and Webmasters, but we are not directly a party to transactions. We do not guarantee that Webmasters will fulfill orders to your satisfaction, or that purchased links will perform in search engines or deliver any particular outcome (such as improved SEO ranking or traffic). Any issues or disputes between a Buyer and a Webmaster should be resolved between them, though we will attempt to assist via our dispute resolution process if one is provided. However, we disclaim liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of dealings between Users. This includes, but is not limited to: a Webmaster's failure to place or maintain a link, a Webmaster's removal or alteration of a link, changes a Webmaster makes to their site that negatively affect the Buyer (such as removing the page or site entirely), or a Buyer's dissatisfaction with the content or placement of a link. We also are not responsible for any decline in a website's search engine ranking or traffic or any other consequences resulting from buying or selling links through our Platform.

7.4 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall HomepageLink.pro or its owners, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to any user for any claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by that user to HomepageLink.pro in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7.5 Release: Because we are not involved in actual agreements or transactions between Users (beyond providing the tools and platform), in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release HomepageLink.pro (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees, and suppliers) from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) arising out of or in any way connected to such disputes. This release does not apply to any claim that HomepageLink.pro failed to meet our obligations under these Terms.

7.6 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HomepageLink.pro and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from any violation by you of these Terms, any wrongful or negligent conduct by you on the Platform, or any infringement by you of the rights of a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement and your use of the Platform.

7.7 No Responsibility for External Websites: Links that are bought or sold via our Platform may lead to third-party websites. We have no control over and do not endorse any content on such external sites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites, and accessing any third-party site via a link purchased on our Platform is solely at the Buyer's own risk. Webmasters are solely responsible for the content on their own websites, and Buyers should use their own judgment when viewing or relying on such content.

7.8 Disclaimer of Relationship: Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create an agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee or franchiser-franchisee relationship between you and HomepageLink.pro. The Platform's role is strictly limited to providing a marketplace and technical interface; we do not act as an agent for any Buyer or Webmaster.

8. Modifications to Terms and Service

8.1 Changes to These Terms: HomepageLink.pro reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Use at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes may be made for reasons including but not limited to compliance with new laws or regulations, adding additional features or services, or addressing changes in our business practices. We may do so without prior individual notice to you. However, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document (or otherwise indicate that changes have been made) when we revise the Terms, and the latest version will always be available on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms for any changes. By continuing to use the Platform after any modifications to the Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using HomepageLink.pro.

8.2 Changes to Services: We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any features, services, or pricing on the Platform at any time. Any new features that augment or enhance the current services, including the release of new tools or resources, will also be subject to these Terms (unless explicitly stated otherwise). We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of any part of our services. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability.

8.3 Notification of Changes: While not required, HomepageLink.pro may, at its discretion, notify users of major changes to these Terms or the services via email, platform notifications, or announcements on the website. It remains your responsibility to ensure we have your current email address and contact information. Even if we do not send a notification, the effective changes are those posted on the site.

9. Termination and Suspension

9.1 By the User: You may stop using the Platform at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you may do so by contacting HomepageLink.pro support or using any account deletion function if available. Terminating your own account will mean you can no longer access the services as a registered user. Any pending transactions at the time of your termination should be concluded or will be canceled according to our policies. Note that content or data you provided (such as records of completed transactions, messages, or reviews) may still persist in our system for record-keeping or legal purposes.

9.2 By HomepageLink.pro: We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to parts of the service, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. This includes, without limitation, suspension/termination for breach of these Terms, failure to pay any fees due, extended periods of inactivity, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Platform under these circumstances.

9.3 Consequences of Termination: Upon termination of your account, whether by you or us, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. You will no longer have access to your account data. If your account was terminated due to a breach of these Terms or misconduct, we reserve the right to cancel any open orders and, in the case of serious violations (such as fraud or attempting to circumvent fees), any funds associated with your account may be forfeited or returned to the rightful parties (e.g., Buyers may receive refunds, and Webmasters may not receive payment for fraudulent transactions). If there are funds legitimately owed to you at the time of termination, we will handle them in accordance with our legal obligations and the applicable policies (for example, paying out any remaining balance minus any deductions for damages or violations).

9.4 Survival: Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution) shall survive the termination of your use of the Platform.

9.5 Appeal: If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe this action was taken in error, you may contact our support team to request a review. We may, in our sole discretion, reactivate an account if we find the suspension/termination was not justified or if the issue has been resolved. However, we are under no obligation to do so and our decisions regarding account termination are final.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you use the Platform from outside Cyprus, you are still responsible for compliance with local laws, but the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms will be Cyprus law.

10.2 Jurisdiction: You agree that any dispute arising between you and HomepageLink.pro in relation to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Cyprus. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Cyprus for the resolution of any such disputes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, HomepageLink.pro reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to enforce these Terms or protect its interests.

10.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution: Before filing a formal lawsuit, we encourage Users to first contact us to discuss any issue. Many user concerns can be resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction by contacting our support team. In the event of disputes between Buyers and Webmasters (for example, over link placement fulfillment), the Platform may offer a mediation or dispute resolution mechanism. If such a mechanism exists, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through that channel before pursuing formal legal action.

10.4 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any claims against HomepageLink.pro will be asserted only on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class or representative action against us.

10.5 Time Limit on Claims: To the extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action you might have arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. If not, it will be permanently barred.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms (along with any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein, such as our Privacy Policy or any specific program terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and HomepageLink.pro regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to your use of the services.

11.2 No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of HomepageLink.pro.

11.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect. In such an event, the parties shall negotiate in good faith a valid, legal, and enforceable substitute provision that most nearly reflects the original intent of the invalid provision.

11.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. HomepageLink.pro may freely assign these Terms or delegate its obligations without restriction. These Terms will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their respective successors, heirs, and permitted assigns.

11.5 Relationship of Parties: Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and HomepageLink.pro, nor confer upon any third party any benefit or any right to enforce any term of this Agreement.

11.6 Headings: Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

11.7 Language: These Terms are written in English. If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail to the extent of any conflict or ambiguity in interpretation.
